How to care sensitive skin

‘Sensitive skin care’ is governed by a few basic rules. However, even before we delve into the rules for sensitive skin care, it’s important to understand what a sensitive skin is. Sensitive skin is one which is unable to tolerate any unfavourable conditions (environmental/other), and which easily gets irritated on contact with foreign materials (including skin care products). For this reason, some products are especially labelled as sensitive skin care products. We all know that acne is an infection caused when you are in contact with pollution, dust, harmful sunrays or the hormonal changes. It may become worse when you use low quality cosmetics, junk foods and sometimes under stress and take pills for being out of it. Acne disease is most popular among the people nowadays. Every age group is suffering from acne problem due to the environmental conditions or the unhygienic one’s. 
There are many skin diseases out of which acne mostly leaves scars when it comes to the stage of diminishing. It usually does not go without surgery. But researchers have found out that these acne scars can also be removed without undergoing for surgical treatment. The non-surgical treatment includes skin fillers, topical creams, skin camouflage and chemical peels. All these help in thinning the acne scars. 
Acne is the skin disease, which is very common nowadays that we have forgotten about how much side effect acne has on the mental state of a human being. If we imagine that we have to go for a party tomorrow, we will try to make ourselves cool and calm in the night so that our face should not appear dull and deadly in the morning. You wake up and see your face in the mirror. 
If you are pregnant and have acne problem, your skin might glow but some do not have this property. In pregnancy, their skin becomes dull due to the hormones called androgens. These hormones may harm your pregnancy or may make it fruitful. Androgens cause sebaceous glands to produce more oil, which further blocks the pores of the skin and do not let it to breathe. Due to the bacteria’s formation, acne appears which makes your skin look dull and dry. 
There are many people who suffer from acne disease and prefer to have oral treatment instead of any kind of surgery. Oral acne treatment technique involves the presence of bacteria in the body. These bacteria’s helps in treating acne. 
Many people thing acne is the result of chocolates and many believe this to be happened with sex. But both of these type people are wrong. These are just the myths made by their own. This may be due to the fact that some foods worsen the problem of acne but it does not mean those food should not be eaten by other people who don’t have acne problem.
